With 20 years of sales, marketing and negotiation experience Paul knows that every real estate decision needs to be made from an educated and informed standpoint. His commitment to providing his clients with the best possible information, working to find solutions to any issues that arise throughout the process and providing consistent communications are just a few of the ways Paul provides a seamless transaction for his clients.





Darcelle Sander, Listing Specialist and New Construction Expert
Darcelle is the New View Team New Construction Expert and focuses on working with sellers who are ready to move on to their next adventure. She is a Treasure Valley native who lives by the motto “Treat others as you want to be treated” and brings that energy to each transaction. Darcelle uses the knowledge she has gained over her 11 years in the real estate industry to overcome obstacles by looking for solutions to issues that may arise and communicating to keep everyone working towards the same goal.

Paul and Darcelle believe in the success of their clients and the variety of professionals who become involved in getting each transaction through a successful closing. In order to provide the best possible experience they have two full-time administrative assistants who support each member of the team and everyone who they come in contact with in the process of a transaction.
